About the Project

Aggieland Construction is proud to be the chosen construction partner for the new, multi-use event center for the Bryan Business Council located at Coulter Airfield in Bryan, Texas. We provided a negotiated bid delivery method for the project. The exterior building components included a new storefront entrance, masonry wainscot, covered porch with lighting, illuminated signage, aluminum-framed windows, sidewalks and landscaping components. The interior included a main lobby, coffee bistro area, conference room, window shades (manual and motorized), interior storefront windows and a kitchen to cater professional events and business meetings.
